Bellwether’s context feature allows any user to add information to a graph which could be useful for themselves or other users.

A context dot is highlighted here in orange. Clicking this dot will bring up context information to explain a drop in foot traffic..

This could be information which explains unusually low counts or low conversion (a staff member was sick, there were road works on the street the store was on) or unusually high counts or conversion (we trialled a new promotion).

If a user or administrator adds context, everyone who views the data for this store will be able to see it. This adds an element of communication to the Bellwether system, and is a great way for store staff to provide valuable information to managers and vice versa.

It’s another feature which empowers you to make evidence-based marketing decisions.
